There are also questionnaire templates available to be used for requirement gathering and bug submission. It can be a daunting task to start on a new project especially when you start gathering requirements from your stakeholders and start formalizing them. How do you make sure that you get all the angles covered and that your requirements are consistent?

ReqMan™ helps you reuse requirements from your existing projects or you can create a requirement bank containing standardized requirements that your organization can reuse for new projects. 

In addition RequirementOne has pioneered community developed requirements via the WikiRequirements.com portal where our users can publish and share their requirements with the community which in turn can seamlessly be copied and used in your local projects.

Workflow

ReqMan™ is all about processes and our workflows will assist you all the way. The ReqMan™ Workflow Module consists of a powerful and flexible workflow engine. Business processes support range from a simple process for making sure that stakeholders reply to requirement gathering questionnaire within a given time to complex decision and preview processes.

A complex business process could entail managing a change requests (CR) containing multiple requirements from different stakeholder groups, presentation of the CRs to an oversight committee and implementation by different technical teams and ensuring that the CRs are signed off in a user acceptance test at various deadlines.
