A Premium Support Subscription is the best way to make sure your mission-critical ReqMan™ application is protected by fast, quality priority support.

• Premium support requests receive a guaranteed response within 2 hours, 24-hours-a-day, 7 days a week, of submitting your incident by phone to a dedicated premium support number.

RequirementOne support includes answering general technical questions about the use of our products, as well as troubleshooting and resolving problems relating to the use of our products. RequirementOne support does not include in-depth assistance with architecting, coding, debugging or configuring the application. Such assistance is readily available through our expert Consulting Services.

The Premium Support Subscription is purchased monthly, quarterly (10% discount) or annually (20% discount) in advance and applies to a named contact person in your organisation. The Premium Support Subscription per named contact person is $699 USD per month.

Basic support is free and allows any user to send questions by email. Although we try to answer as many of these requests as possible, since we offer all licenses free of charge we are not able to offer any guaranteed response times for Basic Support.

ReqMan™ is free – what’s the catch?

Web-based training

Although ReqMan™ is intuitive and easy to use, proper training is often crucial to a project's ultimate success. We offer web-based training of the ReqMan™ platform through using Webex.com. Trainees can have up to six computer connections to the Web training at any one time to accommodate up to six different viewing sites. The training can consist of our standard training program or we can customize our training to fit your needs.

Our Web-based training costs $400 USD per hour and $200 USD per hour for any customization and preparation required. If you specify what you need, we'll be happy to give you a fixed-price quote.

Consulting

Although it is easy to get started using the ReqMan™ platform right away, for larger projects it can be crucial that you set off in the right direction and with the correct goals in mind from the start. Our professionals have the experience to advise you on how best to structure customer data to meet your business needs, as well as the ReqMan™ expertise to best design your requirement management process. Custom product development is also available when necessary.

The price for our consulting services is $200 USD per hour.

Project management

If you have a project that needs guidance and planning, RequirementOne has a roster of project managers available for you. Our project managers are very experienced with the requirement management process and how to organize and manage a successful project as well as the ReqMan™ expertise to use the platform well.
