The Challenge

ReqMan also includes extensive capabilities to clarify and hone requirement definitions including stakeholder questionnaires, links between requirements, requirement priority, and requirement attributes. Furthermore, ReqMan includes a full business logic engine known as the Workflow module so that you can not only trace accountability throughout the requirement management process, but you can set up notifications of deadlines and tasks that must be completed in the order they must be completed.
Because you can set permissions for each team member on the project, you can ensure that the proper people make the proper decisions at the proper time with Web browser access as the only prerequisite. And because you can use ReqMan to generate reports in industry standard formats, you can easily create requirement specifications, analysis to be used in the final contract, and even test documents.
Finally, because ReqMan information is stored centrally allowing key project creations, such as questionnaires, permission lists, and documents, to be saved as templates, your requirement management best practices are preserved.
