RequirementOne, Inc. appoints Lars Kristiansen Chief Executive Officer and President

CALIFORNIA, April 7, 2008 -- RequirementOne, Inc., the leading, free, on-demand platform and community for requirement management, announced today the appointment of Lars Kristiansen as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, effective immediately.

Mr. Kristiansen's hiring is the next key step in the growth strategy of RequirementOne, Inc. Since the release of the next generation RequirementOne platform in September 2007, RequirementOne has entered into several new contracts with large accounts in North America, South America, Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Kristiansen brings 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including as a manager for Andersen Consulting (today Accenture), amongst other positions. Most recently Mr. Kristiansen spent five years as CEO for Guideix, a software company in the ERP industry. For the past 15 years, Mr. Kristiansen has simultaneously worked with venture capital interests and held positions as chairman and non-executive director for a number of companies.
