Step-by-step instructions for creating a user group and connecting a user to a group
To create a new group
Log-in to ReqMan.
Expand your project in the tree menu on the left.
Expand the User module in the tree menu.
Click manager.
Enter a name for your new group and click "Add".
You can create a sub-group by first clicking on an existing group before you add the new group.
Tip: User groups are useful if your project has many users and you want to group them for clarity.
To connect a user to a group
Click on the name of a user in the table.
Click "Modify" and click on the group you want the user to be part of.
To see users for a group
Click on the group.
