- Log-in to ReqMan.
- Expand your project in the tree menu on the left.
- Expand the User module in the tree menu.
- Click Manager.
- Now click "Add user" at the top.
- Enter the users email address if you know it or search within ReqMan by entering the name.
- Click "Next".
- Enter a password in both of the password fields.
- Enter a screen name.
- Enter a first name.
- Enter a last name.
- Type any other information you wish to store.
- Click "Next".
- Now click "Add permissions".
- Click "Reader" if the user should only be allowed to see information or "Admin" if the user should be allowed to change information for the given project.
- Click "Save"
- Click "Close".
- Click "Next".
- If you want to send the new user your own personal message in the email you can write it in "Email message".
- Click "Finish".
- The user receives an e-mail and must log in to accept the invitation for this specific project.
- You then receive a confirmation that the user has accepted or rejected the invitation.
