Step-by-step instructions for creating tenders and iterations

  • Log-in to ReqMan.
  • Expand your project in the tree menu.
  • Expand the Invitation To Tender module in the tree menu.
  • Click Tenders.
  • Click New Tender.
  • Enter the tender information on the right hand side
  • Click save.
  • Click New Iteration.
  • Enter the iteration information on the right hand side 
  • Click save.

Tender information

  • Name: “Purchase new product”.
  • Start date: Today’s date.
  • End date: A future date.

Iteration information

  • Name: “Feedback round 1”.
  • Introduction: “Please respond to all the questionnaires. If you have any questions please contact” [Enter your name] “and” [Enter your contact info].
  • Start date: A date within the date range of the Tender. 
  • End date: A date within the range of the Tender and after the Iteration start date.
